Stunning range of Holiday Homes for private rental across the UK to suit all budgets.  All of our Holiday Homes are privately owned and are much more affordable than booking direct through the Holiday Park!






We offer a superb, personal level of service from obtaining your initial quote, through to your actual stay at one of our Holiday Homes.

Usually you book on-line, or via the Holiday Park's sales switchboard, with no personal contact until your arrival.               



All of our Holiday Homes are privately owned, which in turn means they are very well equipped and in general will be of a higher standard, simply as they are "personally owned properties."  All of our Owners use the properties themselves, so they are a "home-from-home" rental.

Most parks use a generalised "grading system" for their properties, with no individual details available on each one.  All properties are used for rentals only.                                                                                                                                                                                                 




All of our Holiday Homes are very well equipped and very well maintained! Most of our properties contain "extras" you simply won't ever find in a site rental.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

All park rentals will contain the "bare basics" required for a standard site rental and it will all be standard "park itinerary." If you want "extras" like a hairdryer, iron, travel cot, or even an additional heater, you will have to pay extra for it!                                                                                                                                                                                       



We can provide exact details of the area where your  Holiday Home is located on the park before you book.  All locations are clearly shown on the individual Holiday Home pages.                                                                                                               

All park rentals are allocated shortly prior to  your arrival, so you will have no idea where you are staying until you are given your keys!  You may end up in the furthest pitch away from the park facilities, or right next-door to them: which may not suit your individual requirements!




We can provide photos of the exact Holiday Home you will be staying in.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

All park rentals are advertised using "stock" photos of each grade available.  So the photo you see of a "prestige" graded Holiday Home at Haven in Presthaven Beach, (Wales), will be the exact same photo used to advertise the same grade at Haven in Perran Sands, (Cornwall!)  You will have no idea of what your actual accommodation looks like until you arrive.


COST:  (the important one!) 


We keep our pricing as reasonable as possible and are generally a lot cheaper than you will pay through the Holiday Park direct.  If the Holiday Park is cheaper than we can offer:  we will tell you so! We believe in "playing fair!"

Generally a booking through the Holiday Park direct will cost you more!  They will most obviously not advise you if you can purchase your holiday cheaper elsewhere!!!                                                                                                 




At AVMR we can accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, debit or credit card, cheque or postal order.                                                                                         

Holiday parks will require a card payment to secure the holiday.                                                                                                                                                                            




At AVMR, we keep deposit costs low:  the maximum you will ever need to secure your holiday is £50.00. 

The Holiday Parks charge a % of your total holiday cost for your required deposit to secure it.  This will be more than £50!   




We understand that holidays can be expensive to fund, but we also believe that family-time is becoming more and more important as time progresses with our busy lifestyles nowadays....  So not only do we strive to keep our pricing affordable, but we offer a permanent payment-instalment option on all of our bookings.  We never ask for a "set" amount, as we fully understand some months are more expensive than others!  If you need to pay your holiday at £5 a week: that's fine by us!  The final balance will need to be cleared 4-weeks prior to arrival, (6-weeks for all peak dates.)

Some of the Holiday Parks have quite recently started to offer an instalment plan for payment.  However, they specify the amount you need to pay and this has to be made by direct debit on a set date every month, with the final balance being cleared in full at least 10-weeks prior to arrival.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   




At AVMR, a fully refundable damage bond is charged on every booking taken. This is a precautionary safe-guard for our Owner's properties.  However, it does also mean that if you leave the property as you found it, you will have ££ due back to you after you have spent all your hard-earned pennies on the holiday itself!             

Holiday Parks never charge a damage bond, so there will be no funds due to you after your holiday! Do be aware, that most "major" Holiday Parks are now "flagging" any "problem rents" on their UK-wide systems, so if any problems should occur during your stay, you would not be able to re-book with the same company again.               




Unfortunately, we are not permitted to purchase the passes required for guest use at the majority of our Holiday Homes, (with the exception of Als Van.) So these will be an additional cost to your quoted holiday price and will need to be purchased from the site direct on arrival.

Holiday Parks always include the cost of any passes required into the overall holiday pricing, so you won't be asked to pay any extra for them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    




Some of our properties provide linen as standard, some offer at a small fee and some don't provide it at all.... so do check before you book!

At AVMR, either our housekeeping team, or our Owners themselves oversee all pre-arrival and post-departure cleans.  A 2-hour cleaning slot is allowed for each clean. 

The Holiday Park housekeeping teams have a number of properties to clean within an allocated time slot: the norm is roughly 30-mins for 2 x cleaners                                                                                         




At AVMR, we try to give you as long as possible on park, so you don't "lose" days of your holiday on arrival or departure.  Our usual earliest check-in times are between 2-4pm, with a 10am departure.  However, this is dependant on other bookings we may have and if we can extend these times for you:  we will do!

The Holiday Parks have set arrival times of 4pm, unless you "upgrade" at extra cost, with a standard departure time of 10am.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   




The majority of the properties at AVMR have a key-safe fitted to the Holiday Home, so a late arrival is not a problem! You can go straight to the property on arrival, access the keys and start your holiday straight away!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

The Holiday Parks usually can cater for late arrivals, but this genearlly means leaving your "welcome pack" at the Entertainment Complex or with Security Staff, awaiting your collection....  which means you have to go find them before you can start your holiday!
